First came New York, now it’s L.A.’s turn — we’re thrilled to share our L.A. agents’ Next Generation of Real Estate campaigns. Photo and video shoots spotlighting ten of The Agency’s local L.A. agents were carried out by Neue Focus and directed by The Agency’s Creative Director Shane Gazzo— who focused on continuing the campaign’s sleek, modern visuals and personality-focused portraiture.
“The partnership with Neue Focus was a perfect match. They know our aesthetic and agents so well that everything was beautiful,” said Laura Romero, The Agency’s Regional Marketing Manager for Los Angeles, who facilitated the details of the local campaigns. “There’s something so special about capturing these agents’ personalities in every photo and video—and knowing they take pride in the final result.”
The shoots took place at 8899 Beverly in West Hollywood, known for its far-reaching views of the city, sunlit living spaces and generous terraces.
“Shooting at 8899 was a dream,” Laura added. “The 180-degree views of L.A. from the property’s Penthouse West and the interior design captured the excitement and elevated style that has come to embody luxury real estate in Los Angeles.” But the process was not without its challenges. “Our photoshoot was rescheduled three times due to unexpected situations and weather!” Laura recalled. “We needed to find a new location at some point too, which was pretty stressful—but everyone was so supportive and understanding that we really didn’t hardly miss a beat. The good energy our teams and agents brought really made all the difference.”
