PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on Tuesday September 14, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. in Department O of the Los Angeles Superior Court located at 1725 Main Street Santa Monica, CA 90401, in the matter of Goldman Sachs Bank USA v. 1200 Laurel Way et al., Case No. 20SMCV01112, the Court-Appointed Receiver will request the Court to confirm sale of real property located at 1200 Laurel Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 and 1210 Laurel Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (the "Properties"). The Properties are currently under contract for $26,800,000. QUALIFIED OVERBIDS ARE BEING ACCEPTED NOW THROUGH THE COURT HEARING. Qualified Overbids shall be all cash, no contingencies, must close escrow 10 days after Court approval, at least $250,000 more than the current sale price, subsequent overbids shall increase $100,000 over prior bids. A cashier's check deposit of 3% of the purchase price payable to "Ryan Baker, Receiver" is required and will become non-refundable. The sale is as-is, where-is with absolutely no representations or warranties.
