As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on a year defined by compassion and collective action. From building homes to responding to natural disasters, The Agency family around the world came together to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
Building Homes & Fostering Hope
Our partnership with nonprofit organization Giveback Homes continued to flourish in 2025, with our team mobilizing across the country for hands-on Build Days. In Hilton Head and Miami, our agents and staff rolled up their sleeves alongside Habitat for Humanity to help construct homes for deserving families.
Beyond our volunteer work at build sites, our nonprofit support efforts took many forms this year.
From red carpets to pickleball courts, we rallied for a cause close to our hearts. Several of The Agency Canada’s team members—including 2024 Red Heart Award-winning offices led by Managing Partners Katia Bailey and Steve Bailey—hosted a beautiful gala, raising $27,000 CDN for Giveback Homes and Habitat for Humanity. Back in the States, The Agency Hilton Head brought their community together for an energizing pickleball tournament to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry.
The Agency Denver and Miami did cardio for a cause, leading high-energy workouts that proved fitness and fundraising make a great match.

Global Initiatives with Local Impact
In February, The Agency was nominated for the 2025 Nonprofit & Corporate Citizenship Awards by the Los Angeles Business Journal, marking our second consecutive year being recognized.
In April, we honored Earth Day with our Annual Global Clean-Up, mobilizing teams across 20+ locations spanning the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Together, we collected over 1,100 pounds of trash from parks, beaches, and urban spaces.
May brought our fifth annual 100 Miles in May Challenge, where The Agency family logged an incredible 4,600 miles across streets, beaches, sidewalks, and trails. The initiative raised $4,600 for Giveback Homes.
Crisis Response: How We Rallied to Meet Needs in Our Communities
In January, devastating wildfires tore through Los Angeles communities, impacting countless families—including many within our own Agency family. Our response was immediate and multifaceted. Our team raised over $50,000 to support those who lost their homes, demonstrating the power of collective compassion.
Our approach to meet urgent needs was multifaceted. First, we established a Resource and Donation Center to provide essential items to displaced families and created donation links to help offset victims’ financial losses. We launched a general rebuilding fund to support long-term community recovery while mobilizing agents to help find housing for displaced residents. Throughout the crisis, we took a firm stance against price gouging, putting ethics above profit.
When Hurricane Melissa devastated the island of Jamaica in late October, our local team sprang into action. Managing Partners Taff and Rebecca Stevenson led relief efforts, helping affected families find housing and coordinating with international aid organizations. We directed support to World Central Kitchen for meal and food relief and American Friends of Jamaica for recovery efforts.
The catastrophic July floods in Central Texas—the deadliest flash flood event in U.S. history since 1976—prompted swift action. The Agency contributed to relief efforts through World Central Kitchen for immediate food relief and Convoy of Hope for comprehensive disaster response and rebuilding support. Over 38,600 homes were impacted across the region, and our contributions helped provide critical resources to devastated communities.
Holiday Spirit of Giving
Throughout the 2025 holiday season, our offices worldwide organized toy drives, food bank donations, and support for local Boys & Girls Clubs and rescue missions. From decorating community spaces to delivering essential items to families in need, The Agency’s global team embraced the true spirit of the season.
